📦 Downloads & Files
How do I receive my STL files?
After payment is enabled and an order is completed, download access will be provided through the order confirmation and account area.
What file format are the downloads?
Products are delivered as ZIP files. The included files and documentation are listed on the relevant product page.
What if my file is corrupted or doesn’t work?
Contact us at r3dfpv@gmail.com and we’ll resolve it. See our Refund Policy for details.
🖨 3D Printing
What 3D printer do I need?
Any FDM-style printer works. Our designs are optimized for common nozzle sizes (0.4mm). For flexible parts like TPU mounts, a direct-drive extruder is recommended but not strictly required.
What material should I use?
Most of our designs work great in PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA. For parts that need flexibility (like camera mounts and antenna mounts), we recommend TPU 95A. Each product description includes specific material recommendations.
Do I need supports?
Support requirements vary by design. Each product description includes print orientation and support guidance. We design with printability in mind — most parts need minimal or no supports when oriented correctly.
What layer height and infill should I use?
General recommendations: 0.2mm layer height, 15–25% infill for structural parts, 10–15% for lightweight parts. The README file in each download includes optimized print settings.
🔧 Compatibility & Fit
How do I know if a design fits my drone?
Each product listing specifies the exact frame model and compatible components. Use our Frame Finder to browse parts designed for your exact frame. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing.
Can I request a design for my frame?
You can send the frame details and what you need through the contact page. I will review whether it can be added to the catalog.
Will you make designs for new drone models?
We’re constantly expanding our catalog based on community demand. Let us know what frame you’d like to see supported.
💰 Pricing & Refunds
How much do designs cost?
Prices are listed on each product page. All prices are in USD.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital product purchases are non-refundable. If you bought the correct product and the file has a verified file, fit, or dimensional error, contact me so the issue can be reviewed for a corrected replacement file. Buying the wrong product or frame variant is not a design error. See the Refund Policy for details.
📜 License & Usage
Can I sell prints of your designs?
STL files are sold for personal use only. Commercial use requires a separate license. See our STL License page for details, or contact us about commercial licensing.
Can I share files with friends?
Please don’t share or redistribute files. Each purchase supports the continued design of new parts for the FPV community.
