R3DFPV sells digital STL files. Digital product purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase.

When We Will Help

If you purchased the correct product and experience one of the following verified issues, contact r3dfpv@gmail.com. I will review the issue and provide a corrected replacement file when appropriate:

• The STL file is corrupted or will not open
• The file does not match the product description or listed compatibility
• The design has a verified fit or dimensional error for the listed frame variant
• You received the wrong file
• The download link is broken or expired

This support does not apply when the wrong product, frame model, or frame variant was purchased.

Before You Buy

To avoid disappointment, please:

• Check the exact frame compatibility listed on each product page
• Verify your 3D printer capabilities match the recommended print settings
• Contact us with any compatibility questions before purchasing
