1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and purchasing from R3DFPV (r3dfpv.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on R3DFPV are digital files (STL format) for 3D printing. No physical products are shipped. You are responsible for having the necessary 3D printing equipment and materials to produce the final physical object.

3. License

STL files are sold for personal use unless otherwise stated. You may print and use the designs for your own drones. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or sharing of the digital files is prohibited without a separate commercial license. See our STL License page for details.

4. No Guarantee of Print Results

Print results vary based on your printer, material, settings, and skill. We provide recommended print settings but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. If a file is corrupted or does not match the product description, contact us for support.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. For our complete refund policy, see our Digital Goods Refund Policy.

6. Product Availability

Some designs may be marked “Coming Soon” while files are being prepared. These products are not purchasable until STL files are verified and attached.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, and content on this site are the intellectual property of R3DFPV. Frame brand names (GEPRC, BetaFPV, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced for compatibility purposes only.
